BASIN HARBOR RESORT & BOAT CLUB:

A room block, and a full weekend of festivities, has been reserved at Basin Harbor. Upon booking accommodations, please reference the “McGowan / Rudolph Wedding" in order to access our discounted rates. These rates are only available via telephone, so please call 802-475-2311 to book.

A variety of room types are available ranging from hotel-style rooms (in the guesthouses) to individual cottages (with studio, one, two, and three-bedroom options). Upon making reservations, please also be sure to share your desired room format.

Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay - our room block rates are as follows (for the nights of 6/26, 6/27, and 6/28):

- Guest Room: $269

- Studio Cottage: $309

- One-Bedroom Cottage: $389

- Two-Bedroom Cottage: $679

- Three-Bedroom Cottage: $859

*For resort guests, complimentary breakfast at Ardelia's is included each morning. We recommend making reservations in advance.

**A few things to keep in mind**:

-- Basin Harbor books up quickly & will sell out. They cannot guarantee a room for every single wedding guest, so please book as soon as you can!

-- For the cottages - all of the one, two, and three bedroom formats have sofa beds.

-- Basin Harbor is a completely walkable resort, so once you arrive, you should not need to see your car again until your goodbyes! If you prefer to get around in style, golf cart rentals are available which you can inquire about with their Reservations team.

-- It would only be fitting that our venue is a dog-friendly resort! Dogs may join guests within the cottage accommodations (the guestrooms are pet-free) for a daily fee of $25. Dogs even have their very own swimming area, Fanny's Beach, and there are also pet-sitting services available on-site that can be booked in advance.
